He collaborates with some of the world’s largest clubs and associations passionate about the arts, designing exclusive experiences that bring their members closer to creativity, heritage, and craftsmanship.
Richard has a particular fascination with traditional crafts, micro-cultures, and rare festivals that offer deep, authentic immersion.

A self-taught artist, conservationist, and zoologist, Sophie brings a unique perspective to our travel experiences. As our Creative Director, she ensures that every journey delves deep into the arts, crafts, and cultural heritage of each destination. Her artwork—crafted with textiles, ink, and intricate stitching—tells powerful stories of nature and conservation, inspiring meaningful connections between travelers and the natural world.
With a passion for preserving traditions and supporting local artisans, she designs trips that are not only enjoyable but also impactful and rewarding. By weaving together culture, creativity, and conservation, she helps us create transformative travel experiences that foster awareness, appreciation, and a deep connection to the places and people we visit.

Millie Houston: Creative Advisor
Millie Houston is a London-based writer, editor, and creative consultant with a deep passion for art, culture, and storytelling. Formerly the Digital Editor of Apollo magazine, her writing has appeared in The Guardian, Burlington Contemporary, Flash Art, Plaster, and Wallpaper. She has interviewed leading artists such as Miranda July, Jeff Koons, and Laurie Anderson, and collaborated on exhibition texts, artist monographs, and cross-disciplinary projects.
As our Creative Advisor, Millie helps shape immersive travel experiences that bring the arts and culture of each destination to life. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of creative narratives, she ensures our journeys are rich in meaning, connection, and inspiration.
